The Science Museum, in collaboration with partners, is hosting a one-day conference, ‘Chemistry in Albertopolis’, on 11 April 2019.

The conference will explore the 150-year history of chemistry in Albertopolis, the cultural and scientific quarter at the heart of South Kensington. ​This one-day conference will feature sessions and tours celebrating the institutions which helped to make chemistry a key facet of intellectual and public life in this pocket of West London and beyond.
